Brought a 55 plate Galaxy from Cinderford , Alternator failed on it when we were away got recovered back to home , phoned them up and no problem got it sorted , no questions , they just sorted it and it was over the Christmas period . The service we had from the start was brilliant and our problem was sorted . I recommend them
I bought a focus from the Cinderford branch and I have to say both the salesmen were very polite and helpful however, the car leaked in the boot and was growing mold. They had it straight in to look at it but, the onsite garage was hopeless. They kept my car for 2 days just to put some silicone around the screws in the back lights which did not solve it. When I got it back the boot liner was ripped, and there was grease all over the dash & seat.Again the sales guys put it right.My husband spent 6 hours finding the leak which is a common fault on this model and sorted it out.Its a shame that the garage lets down the sales. But they must of noticed the mold in the boot when it was valeted...Not impressed!Now I have found a water stain on the back seat!! What is the point of having a 3 month warranty when the garage you are using bodges things up and you dont trust them enough to take your car to them??
All the staff were very helpful. As the vehicle I bought was ex M.O.D the registration took a few weeks to complete, however the staff at Cinderford went beyond good as they offered me to use the company cover to allow usage. If I could rate at 5 star plus I would.
Excellent friendly and professional service from Will and his team both over the phone and in person. I would highly recommend. I was offered a very good package from the off, no need for any bartering or brokering plus the car I purchased had been prepared and valeted to a very high standard upon collection. I will certainly go and see them again as and when the need arises...
