No, NO, NO, NO, THIS IS NOT HOW ITS DONE IN 2018, LEFT MY STARTER MOTOR IN TO HAVE A REFUB, BUT 4 PHONE CALLS LATER AND (YES I WILL DO IT NEXT WEEK) A 10 WEEK WAIT, 100 MILE ROUND TRIP. AND WHEN I CALLED IN TO CLAIM MY STATER BACK THEY PICKED IT UP OF THE FLOOR WHERE THEY HAD PUT IT 10 WEEKS EARLIER . NEVER SAID A WORD (SORRY) WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE ONE BUT NOTHING. SO ON MY EXPERIENCE ABSOLUTELY STEER CLEAR OF THESE COWBOYS THEY WILL COST YOU TIME AND MONEY, (BE WARNED) .
