Drop the Mop cleaned my carpets and oven and did a fantastic job. The carpets have been down about 20 years and I don't think have ever been properly cleaned before despite a succession of incontinent pets, so they were well overdue. Jamie and Chris were quick and thorough and the results were fantastic. I would - and have - unhesitatingly recommended them to all my friends. I don't know if any other company who test your carpets to see what they're made of in order to ensure they're using the right products. Professional in every way.
