Gavin is polite, professional, very efficient and excellent value. We were really impressed on the two occasions we have used his services.
Fantastic friendly service. We needed a plumber to fix an underground leak on our main supply pipe. Despite being a new customer and Gavin only just having returned from holiday, he came round within 15 minutes of calling him. He gave us great advice and explained the different options and prices. I undertook some of the ground work to keep costs down but Gavin's prices were incredibly reasonable anyway. Gavin put a temporary fix in place to keep our water running while he ordered in parts. The final fix also moved our stop tap into our utility room which we were looking to have done anyway so another saving there. Overall a very neat, timely job from a friendly, helpful and tidy plumber. I would not hesitate to recommend Gavin.
Fantastic service , we had a ground leak from the mains that needed sorting . Dropped Gavin a txt explaining the situation and he was over to take a look same day. He clearly explained what the problem was and advice on how to resolve the problem . Long story short the problem was resolved the very next day , ahead of scheduled ! Could not be more pleased. Job was done well and at a very fair price with no hidden surprises (he even told me of the possible extra costs which in the end were not needed) Even the mess was cleared up as if he had never been . Great service , great communication and a job well done , what more can you ask for.
Gavin came yesterday at the booked time to fit an outside tap. At all times he was professional and the work conducted was of a very high standard including a thorough check that all was working before he left.The charge is supremely good value given how good the service is and I don't hesitate to recommend his services
Gavin a a genuine guy who does a good job. He came out to fix a leaking overflow and the job ended up costing half as much as he quoted! He also did an amazing job, under difficult circumstances. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any further plumbing jobs I needed, and I wouldn't bother getting quotes from elsewhere. If you want a job done well and you don't want to get ripped off then Gavin is your man!
